- Live checks cover ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews. The audit also tests robots.txt access for crawlers from other engines, including Perplexity and Claude, but we do not run live checks on those.
- Does Pro alert me when something changes?
- Yes. Pro sends a weekly email summary and an alert when a monitored site's score drops, with Slack as an option.
- When is Cited Lens the wrong choice?
- If you need daily checks, more than 5 custom prompts, or live coverage of Perplexity, Claude or Copilot, another tool will suit you better.
- Do you guarantee AI citations?
- No. Nobody can honestly promise that. We fix what is in your control and measure what changes.
