Privacy Policy

When you run a free audit, we process the website URL you submit. If you unlock the full report or sign in, we also collect your email address, and optionally a brand name and category you tell us to check for. We keep a record of each unlocked report (your email, the URL, brand, category and resulting score) so we can support you and follow up about it.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address from Google — nothing else. We never see or store your Google password.

• To run the technical audit and live citation checks you request.
• To email you a copy of your full report and follow up about it.
• To email you monitoring alerts when a score drops, if you set up monitoring.
• To create and maintain your monitoring dashboard account.
• To process payment for the Pro plan, if you subscribe.

We submit generic category queries (not your URL) to AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews) to check whether your brand shows up in their answers — only the query text is sent, and your brand name is matched against the answer on our side. For ChatGPT and Perplexity this may go through OpenAI's and Perplexity's official APIs. We use Resend to deliver emails, Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) to process Pro subscriptions, and Neon to host our database. We don't sell your data to anyone.

We set one cookie to keep you signed in to the monitoring dashboard. It's essential to the login flow and isn't used for tracking or advertising.

To stop alerts, remove the site from your dashboard. To delete your account and stored data, email us at the address below — this is a manual process on our end, so expect it to take a few business days rather than being instant.
